A full, soft and finely tannic entrance characterizes the Centosassi wine of Amastuola. The organic wine jumps to the eye with a deep and luminous ruby red color with violet reflections while the nose is fruity with aromas of sour cherries, violets and small berries. The hints of fruits are accompanied by those of marine and mineral aromas, typical of the Amastuola terroir. The "full" structure of the wine and its softness make it suitable for first and second courses based on meat, roasted game and aged cheeses.
