Dolce Vitae looks like a delicate wine at the first taste, extremely balanced and enveloping but never cloying. This organic wine from Amastuola is characterized by a long citrus-spicy finish that brings out hints of candied fruit, cardamom and dried fruit. The pleasant aromas make it a wine that can be paired with desserts but also with seasoned and blue cheeses. Its aromatic bouquet recalls yellow flowers and has honeyed hints close to the flavor of apricot jam, candied citrus fruits and aromatic herbs.
